Warranty Description Dear customer, when you purchase ECOHEAL products, ECOHEAL will provide limited warranty service for the products.
The following is for the product, listing its “warranty period” and “warranty method” in detail.

ECOHEAL Warranty Terms

ECOHEAL If there is any material or manufacturing defect during the warranty period, our company will be responsible for repairing or replacing the same type of product. If the product is discontinued, it will be replaced by a product of the same level or a higher level. In Taiwan, our company will provide the following services for customers purchasing new products from our company’s authorized distributors:
(1) From the date of purchase, a free limited warranty service (including labor, parts, and panels) is provided for one year.
(2) For “bad new products” *Note 1: Provide free replacement of the same brand new product within one week from the date of purchase.
(3) Provide three-year paid maintenance service, and the maintenance fee depends on the cost of materials and labor.

Remarks:
Note 1: The definition of “bad new product”:
Except for reasons caused by force majeure or customers, the company’s products are considered “bad new products” if one of the following occurs when they are delivered to customers.

1.Unable to start or no effect after power on
2.Does not meet the requirements of national safety regulations
3.The appearance of the machine is damaged when it arrives
4.The machine model packaging does not match the content

How to send the product back:
Please put the product back into the original packaging (containing cushioning material, namely styrofoam) used when it was originally shipped, and send it to the original dealer who purchased it, and the original dealer will arrange the delivery of the new product for replacement.

Freight burden:
Bad new product-free of charge, ECOHEAL will be responsible for shipping back and forth
In-warranty repairs-one way, the customer is responsible for shipping, and ECOHEAL is responsible for the freight
Out-of-warranty repairs-the full amount, shipping back and forth is borne by the customer

 

Repair procedures within the warranty period

(1) General maintenance:
Please call the service center of our company and inform the product model, serial number and defective condition, and after confirming the problem with the service center, the repairing party shall bear the cost of shipping to our company. After the repair is completed, the company will send it back.
(2) When sending the product to be repaired, please confirm the following:
(2-a) The product has been properly packaged in the original carton with cushioning material inside.
(2-b) The time to confirm the receipt of the repaired product has been notified.
(3) During the warranty period, one-to-one good product replacement will be adopted.

Q1: What are the main contents of the ECOHEAL warranty terms?
A1:

The ECOHEAL card will guarantee that the product will receive hardware maintenance services within the effective warranty period. Please fill in the warranty information as soon as possible (within one month) after purchasing the machine, and attach a copy of the invoice with the dealer’s store seal to be effective to ensure your rights.
The warranty period is effective on the day of purchase of the machine. If the warranty card and copy of the invoice are not issued, the company may calculate it from the date of shipment from the company.
If the warranty card is lost, it will not be reissued, please keep it properly. Please keep the original or photocopy of the purchase invoice for future reference.
During the warranty period, as determined by ECOHEAL engineers, maintenance fees will be charged when the following circumstances occur:
• The cost of hardware maintenance and wages caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or man-made damages (for example, the machine is invaded by liquid, the shell is broken, etc.).
• This warranty only covers the hardware packaged by our company, and does not include hardware and software other accessories (such as promotional gifts… etc.).
• Product damage is not covered by the warranty.
• The user himself or through a third party not authorized by the company to carry out maintenance or hardware equipment changes.
• Moisture or water immersion of the machine board circuit leads to severe oxidation and corrosion of electronic parts.
• Use problems and malfunctions caused by installation and settings.
The company’s warranty serial number sticker is damaged, unrecognizable or inconsistent with the machine specifications, and the serial number sticker is difficult to identify or does not have the original factory serial number sticker due to manual alteration and worn-out serial number sticker.
The battery is a consumer product, and the company provides a one-year warranty service from the date of purchase.
Damage or abnormality caused by abnormal pressure is not covered by the warranty, and the customer must bear the repair cost by himself
The way of performing the warranty service will vary according to ECOHEAL’s service regulations and standards in each country/region.
When a third party claims that the machine delivered by the company infringes its intellectual property rights due to reasons attributable to the company, your customer should notify the company in writing immediately and fully cooperate with the company. The company will engage in relevant settlement negotiations and defenses for your customers, and compensate the settlement costs or the compensation and expenses that are determined by the court to be the responsibility of your customers. This is the company’s full responsibility for the delivered machine infringing the intellectual property rights of others .
Except as otherwise provided in this warranty clause, the company’s liability for damages to your customers due to the reasons attributable to the company is limited to the direct damage suffered by your customers, and the contract price of individual products is the upper limit.

Q2: How to calculate the warranty period for consumers?
A2:
The starting date of the warranty for consumers: Generally, it will take effect from the date of the customer’s purchase invoice. Please be sure to send back the Chinese warranty card and ask the distributor to assist the consumer in filling in the purchase date and stamping the store stamp. ECOHEAL reserves the right to request invoice confirmation from your user one month after receiving the warranty card. If your customer fails to return the warranty card or fails to provide an invoice confirmation, ECOHEAL can treat the factory date as the warranty start date.

Q3: For services not covered by the basic warranty, what warranty service plans does ECOHEAL provide for consumers to choose?
A3:
If the required service is not covered by the warranty, ECOHEAL will not only provide pay-per-use services, but you can also choose the appropriate warranty service upgrade items according to the purchased model and needs.

Q4: What is international maintenance service? What are the relevant services?
A4:
The free warranty service is only valid in the country of purchase. ECOHEAL provides paid international maintenance services. ECOHEAL-approved maintenance representatives provide hardware paid maintenance services for passengers who transfer products or travel to other countries and regions. However, the maintenance service method must be based on local terms. The maintenance services provided by ECOHEAL and some product series are not Included in all countries.

Due to the wide variety of ECOHEAL products, this model is not sold in some countries/regions, and there is no guarantee that there will be enough parts to provide hardware repair services. In order to provide more comprehensive global services to customers with international business and travel needs, please first check whether the area you are visiting supports this model. If the local ECOHEAL company does not support this model, ECOHEAL will transfer it to neighboring areas for you. Maintenance, but the freight must be borne by the customer.
